The
Friends of Bald Mt. Tower are extremely grateful to Ed Potts of
Norwood, NY who constructed the new steel window frames and the
security railing. Sight unseen, Ed worked with the measurements we
sent to him - and they fit perfectly! Then ... Ed transported them to
Utica, NY to: O.W. HUBBELL AND SONS GALVANIZING (It's Us or Rust!),
40 Greenman Avenue, New York Mills, NY 13417 for galvanizing.
Long-time seasonal residents of the Fulton Chain, the Hubbell family
volunteered their services to us the very first year that the Friends
of Bald Mt. organized. |
We couldn't have done it
without you! Thanks from all the Friends of Bald (Rondaxe) Mt.

looked in June 2003 (photo left) and in September 2004 (photo right). Funds
are still needed to pay our bills and plan for the map table and signs along
the trail for the summer of 2005. You too can help by sending a donation to
the address below. All donations of $10 or more will receive a Friends of Bald
Mt. Patch - limited supply so contact us soon!
